A Dutch holding company.
Victoria's Gestión Holding B.V. is a Dutch holding company that holds and manages interests in enterprises and assets for the long term. In addition, the Holding is preparing specialised activities under the intended trade names DM Propiedat & Estates and DM Kas & Projects.
Victoria's Gestión is a commercial holding company. Return and continuity form the basis for how we acquire, manage and hold interests. Where possible, we prefer activities that create practical usefulness alongside economic value.
What we build up
Interests with a working life.
We acquire interests and assets that can be improved, maintained and held, through specialised companies and external professionals. Value is created by careful stewardship and guided improvement, rather than by moving assets quickly.
We are preparing two disciplines under intended trade names: DM Propiedat & Estates for property interests and assets, and DM Kas & Projects for project coordination. The names are still being registered.
How we think
Commercial strength and social value are not opposites.
A building that is properly renovated is worth more and serves people better. A professionally structured assignment creates room for skilled professionals to deliver good work sustainably. A holding that reinvests instead of extracting is still standing when conditions change.
That is the whole of our position. Social usefulness is not a campaign; it follows from careful selection and execution. Where an opportunity is both commercially credible and genuinely useful, we prefer it.

We think in generations, not quarters. An asset is judged by what it will still be worth once we have held it for a decade.

We look for opportunities that can create social and practical value alongside financial return, for example through property, housing, work and development.

We build structures that can stand independently, financed and governed so they do not depend on a single project or partner.
