Both activities belong to Victoria's Gestión Holding B.V. and operate from the same organisation and standards. The trade names are still being registered; the related pages will follow.

Acquisition, long-term ownership, development and management of property and property-related assets. We approach property as durable infrastructure: to improve carefully, manage responsibly and hold for the long term.

Coordination and guidance of renovation, improvement and maintenance projects, from planning and budget monitoring through to execution and handover. Specialist work is carried out by qualified external tradespeople and partners.

The legal entity is Victoria's Gestión Holding B.V., registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 42128710. On quotations, agreements and other formal documents, the contracting party is always stated explicitly.
